We set up an Order Confirmation Flow for Ronin, and it works perfectly: If a customer doesn’t respond on the first call (no DTMF input), an automated WhatsApp message is sent. If there’s still no confirm/cancel response on WhatsApp, Texnity automatically triggers follow-up calls. Once the customer confirms or cancels through WhatsApp, the follow-up sequence stops instantly. This automation ensures no missed confirmations and gives our customers an easy way to respond.
